Refund and Returns Policy

Damages / Exchange Claim

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us via email at info.sapshome@gmail.com within 24 hours. We will send a replacement of the same product to your mentioned address, free of any delivery charge. We recommend taking photos or videos when receiving and unboxing the package to document its condition.

Returns Claim

A Returns dispute can be opened within 3 days after the delivery only due to the following reasons:

  • Color and design significantly differs from the displayed product.
  • Product is not as claimed in the product description.

If you wish to return or exchange your product due to any one of the above reasons, you can contact us via email at info.sapshome@gmail.com. Please note that returns will only be accepted if initiated via email before dispatch. Once your return request is accepted, a sales representative will contact you with further instructions, including a return shipping label and directions on where to send your item.

Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. If the issue is unrelated to the above reasons, the dispute will be closed. The final decision on disputes will be binding for both parties.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt. We recommend taking photos or videos when receiving and unboxing the package to document its condition.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. For Cash on Delivery customers, the refund amount will be paid through the bank.

Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info.sapshome@gmail.com.
