Order Delivery

All orders placed on our website will be processed once we confirm the details with you over the phone. After confirmation, your order will be shipped within 2-5 working days. Delivery dates are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Saps Home reserves the right to modify delivery timelines if necessary.

Order Cancellation

Orders that are not confirmed by our sales representative will be automatically canceled. If you change your mind, please contact our customer support via email at info.sapshome@gmail.com within 24 hours. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. If you cancel an order after making an online payment, a credit voucher will be issued for the equivalent amount, which can be used for future purchases. Bank charges may apply for payment reimbursements. If we cancel an order for any reason, the refund will be processed through your banking channel, and you’ll need to provide your bank details via registered contact methods.

Order Return / Exchange

You may file a dispute within 3 days of receiving your order if there are any issues. If the problem is caused by us, we will accept the return. However, if the issue is not due to our fault, the dispute will be closed. The final decision on disputes will be binding for both parties. For returns, full shipping charges will apply. If you cancel your order after payment, a credit voucher will be issued for the same amount, which can be redeemed later. Returns are only accepted for incorrect items or discrepancies in quantity. Returned items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories included.

Payments

All online payments are processed through third-party payment channels. Saps Home is not responsible for any losses related to online payment disputes but will assist in resolving any issues. If you cancel or request a refund for an online order, the refunded amount will be reduced by 5% to cover bank and service charges. Alternatively, you may choose a full refund in the form of a credit voucher, which can be used for future purchases without any deductions. Saps Home is not liable for any payments held or stopped by your bank. For orders paid online, if canceled by Saps Home, the full amount will be refunded through your banking channel.

For bank transfer orders, the order status will be marked as confirmed, and shipment will occur once the payment slip is received and verified. COD service is unavailable for orders exceeding Rs. 15,000. For such orders, full payment must be made via bank transfer, and account details will be provided during the order process.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We regularly update our product listings online, but due to various factors, products or services may be mispriced, inaccurately described, or unavailable. Delays may occur in updating information on our online channels or advertisements on other platforms. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, or services. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, without prior notice.
